Jack has 43 years experience in direct customer sales with 12+ of those years specializing in commercial real estate with a retail sector focus. He is a client advocate and quite skilled in establishing buyer and/or seller relationships tofoster real estate sales and lease transactions smoothly. Jack is Oklahoma born and raised and graduated from Putnam City High School, Jack is a Certified Gemologist, an avid golfer, fisherman and self taught petal steel and acoustic guitar player with a fondness of hymns and studying music theory.

Rick Russell

Rick is the newest member of the Hocker team. As a 3rd generation builder and developer, he has constructed spectacular custom homes, thoughtful home renovations, and managed commercial properties. Having always provided exemplary customer service by keeping the focus on people and projects, Rick is accustomed to accomplishing client priorities. As an OKC native with extensive market connectivity, he seeks to utilize this knowledge for clients for leverage and analyze investment risk and benefit. Ultimately, he blends a passion for detail and dedicated persistence to successfully complete transactions.
